Welcome to Silverwood Resort!

Silverwood is located in scenic Perthshire’s Carse of Gowrie, Scotland.

Set in 20 acres of private grounds, we have 19 bespoke luxury lodges sleeping 94 guests, 19 luxury ‘Paddocks’ chalets sleeping an additional 94 guests and a new 250-seat Rustic Function Barn overlooking our own small lochan. Our on-site gym and sauna, steam toom and hot tub will help you feel your absolutes best during your stay.

We are a luxury self-catering lodge resort in the Carse of Gowrie perfect for a peaceful getaway in the Scottish countryside – One where you can completely switch off, spend time with family and friends and enjoy the magnificent surroundings. Just a stone’s throw from the village of Errol and nestled between the cities of Perth and Dundee, there’s lots to do in the local area. Then, when you’re tired after a busy day, there’s nowhere better to relax than in your comfortable, spacious lodge, complete with its own jacuzzi bath or hot tub.

Our bespoke collection of 19 luxury lodges, sleeping 94  guests, has been meticulously hand-crafted for comfort and style, creating a calming home-from-home where you can truly rest and unwind. Spacious and modern, with plenty of natural light and uninterrupted views of the glorious countryside surroundings. Choose from our Hideaway Lodges with hot tubs, sleeping 2 to 4 guests (4 lodges), Family Lodges with hot tubs, sleeping 2 to 4 guests (9 Lodges), and Spa Lodges with spa baths, sleeping 4 to 6 guests (6 Lodges).

There is plenty of outdoor space to explore on our secluded, private resort. Sit by our stocked trout lochan or go on woodland trail adventures. We have a large events space with spectacular views, providing an incredible setting for weddings and special events. We also have pitch and putt greens coming soon, as well as a children’s play area and gym!

Plus, our lodges are on-site for convenient guest accommodation. For meetings, conferences and corporate events, we can host up to 250 guests. We can set the flexible room in a range of different layouts.
